Welcome to the Interior Design Program at High Point University. Interior Design is a four-year program accredited by the Council for Interior Design Accreditation (CIDA).
The Interior Design Program in housed in Norton Hall, which contains classroom spaces, faculty offices, studios, CAD and lighting labs, library/resource spaces, and exhibition areas.
Examples of coursework include: Interior Design Principles, History of Furnishings, Textiles, Design Drawing, CAD. Rendering, Residential and Contract Design, Lighting, Professional Practices, and Senior Seminar in Interior Design.
Located in the city of High Point, often recognized as the "Furniture Capitol of the World", interior design students have unique opportunities for fieldtrips, internships, and part-time employment.
