Aloha! My name is Lars Farabee, and I am the Admissions Counselor for Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia.  I grew up in coastal Maine, and graduated from the University of Maine at Farmington in May 2007 with a degree in English.  I knew that I wanted to head south, and luckily I ended up here at High Point University.  I've been here for a little over a year now, but it took me less than a day to see that this is an extraordinary place!

I am very excited to get back on the road for a variety of reasons.  In Ohio, I'm looking forward to picking up some Skyline Chili and seeing an Indians game at the Jake (even though they changed the name, it'll always be the Jake to me).  In Kentucky, I'm looking forward to catching some great Bluegrass music.  I'm especially excited about traveling in West Virginia, because this will be my first time in that state!  I am sure it will be a rewarding experience.
