Q: How do I schedule a campus visit?

A: Click on "View Calendar" or select a date from the calendar to your left. Once the list of times loads, click on "RSVP" on the row of the time you would like to visit. Then follow the additional prompts.

 

Q: How do I cancel my visit?

A: To cancel your visit, you must first login. Then click on "Upcoming Visits" to view your upcoming visits. Locate the visit you need to change and select "Cancel." You will need to confirm your choice to cancel the visit. Then follow the instructions on registering a new visit.

 

Q: How do I change my visit?

A: To cancel your visit, you must first login. Then click on "Upcoming Visits" to view your upcoming visits. Locate the visit you need to change and select "Cancel." You will need to confirm your choice to cancel the visit. Then select a new date from the calendar to the left and proceed to register for the new date.

For your convenience we also offer specialized visit opportunities should you want to add to your scheduled visit experience or arrange for a school group to visit.

School Group Tour

A School Group Tour includes an information session with an Admissions Counselor followed by a 60-minute walking tour of campus. School Group Tours are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. Due to the high demand of personal visits in March, April, July, August and October, we do not offer group tours during these months.

Schedule a Classroom Visit

Class visits are for high school seniors who are prospective HPU students. Students can select a class that is of interest to observe while visiting campus during the school year. Please select the class in order of preference: first, second and third. Your choices will be sent directly to the professor in order of preference. You will receive a confirmation from the professor for the class, date and time. Class visitations for Fall 2017 will be available mid-September.  You must schedule your class visit 7 days in advance of your visit.

*Please note that pets are not permitted in any University building for the safety and well-being of all students, visitors, faculty and staff. Registered service animals are exempt from this policy.
