B.S. Interior Design – Study Abroad Opportunities

B.S. Interior Design – Study Abroad Opportunities

Semester Long

Our institution encourages students to study abroad in order to expand the educational experience. The new Interior Design curriculum will offer students (entering HPU Fall 2012) the opportunity to study abroad for a full semester during the spring of their junior year. Students interested in this option should make their interest known to their advisor so that planning may begin early. More information and application forms are available through HPU’s study abroad office.

Short Term

Students wishing to travel for a shorter period of time should consider the Maymester programs. Each year many departments (including Art and Interior Design) will offer a short-term course to study art and/or design in an international location. In 2013, art faculty led a 4-week tour of Italy, while interior design faculty enjoyed the streets of London and Paris for 2 weeks. Be sure to check the HPU study abroad website to learn more about our offerings. Recent excursions have taken us to Italy, Spain, Switzerland and France.

The High Point Admissions Office is Located in Wrenn Hall.

Tours are available 7 days a week. Please contact us to schedule your visit.
