HIGH POINT, N.C., Sept. 24, 2009 ? High Point University has hired Maxine Guzman as instructor of mathematics in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science.
In her new role, Guzman is responsible for teaching various math courses and working with students on improving their math skills.

Guzman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Mich., and a Master of Science in mathematics from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
