HIGH POINT, N.C., Jan. 21, 2010 ? Dr. Dennis Carroll, provost and vice president for Academic Affairs at High Point University, will be featured on “Triad Today,” at 6:30 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 22. The program airs on the local ABC affiliate, WXLV-ABC 45 (Time Warner channel 7).
During his appearance, Carroll will discuss the state of academics at HPU.
“I plan to talk about the variety of majors we offer here at High Point University, including the many recent additions we’ve had that will be included in the academic schedule next year, such as physics, mathematical economics, and more,” Carroll says. “I am especially excited to share details about our new School of Art and Design, as well as our ever-growing Experiential Learning program ? which includes student internship and study abroad programs.”
The program will repeat at 10 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 24, on WMYV-My 48 (Time Warner channel 15).
