HIGH POINT, N.C., April 30, 2010 ? High Point University alumnus Richard Mossman recently gave a presentation to business students on the HPU campus.
Mossman is a senior associate at CB Richard Ellis and invests in commercial real estate through his company, Black Swan Properties. In his presentation, he discussed becoming a broker, the processes of leasing and purchasing commercial real estate, and current market conditions and trends.
“It was really interesting hearing from a High Point graduate about how he has grown to be successful,” says Matt Schiffer, president of the Business Student Association. “I think it is thoughtful how Mr. Mossman is giving back to HPU by providing insight to students into his career choice.”
