HIGH POINT, N.C., Nov. 26, 2010 ? Dr. Chirag Lakhani has been hired as instructor of mathematics at High Point University.
Lakhani, who is originally from Charlotte, received a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in mathematics, both from North Carolina State University.
In his new position, Lakhani will be responsible for teaching mathematics courses, such as calculus, mathematics for elementary education, as well as functions and graphs.
“I am very happy to be at HPU,” says Lakhani. “It is exciting to see all of the changes that are occurring as the university continues to grow and build on its excellent reputation.”
