HPU Junior Wins Honorable Mention In Prestigious Design Competition

HIGH POINT, N.C., Nov. 24, 2010 – Aly Kihm, a junior at High Point University, recently won an honorable mention in the Traditional Home and Kravet Your Room interior design contest.

The contest, which invites students from over 50 interior design schools across the country, requires students to create an original room design incorporating product from Kravet and KravetSmart collections.

Winners in the competition are chosen by a panel of Traditional Home editors and Kravet representatives.

“It was such a great accomplishment being selected for the Traditional Home and the Kravet Your Room design competition,” says Kihm. “We all worked so hard on our designs. It’s such a great feeling, and I feel even more motivated to design than I already was before.”

Kihm was one of six students to receive an honorable mention in the contest.
