HIGH POINT, N.C., Dec. 8, 2010 ? Frank M. Freeman has been hired as instructor of Spanish in the Modern Foreign Language Department at High Point University.
In his role as a language instructor, Freeman says he prefers to use a communicative style in his classes in hopes to get students involved and interacting as soon as possible.
“I am thrilled to be part of the family at High Point University,” Freeman says. “There is such a caring and positive attitude here that you encounter at every turn, and I look forward to helping my students grow in this great environment.”
Freeman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from East Carolina University, a Master of Business Administration from Elon University, and a Master of Arts in Spanish literature and linguistics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In addition to his education, Freeman lived and worked as an English as a second language teacher in Madrid, Spain for three years. He is originally from Greensboro, N.C.
