HPU Student Groups Volunteer for a Good Cause

HIGH POINT, N.C., Dec. 23, 2010 – Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity and the University Ambassadors at High Point University recently donated their time to a good cause at the Victory Junction Gang Camp in Randleman.

The groups volunteered at Victory Junction’s “Half Marathon/5K Run to Victory.” The event benefited the camp, which helps children with chronic medical conditions or serious illnesses.

The students worked in various areas of the event, handing out water, directing traffic, regulating the directions of the course and more.
