HIGH POINT, N.C., Dec. 29, 2010 – Courtney N. Boerstler has been hired as assistant professor of marketing at High Point University.
In her new role, Boerstler is responsible for instructing various marketing courses, including principles of marketing, marketing research, and consumer behavior. In addition to teaching, she is also responsible for assisting and advising business majors and conducting marketing research.
“It is a privilege for me to join the HPU community,” says Boerstler. “The phenomenal growth here is astounding and I feel honored to be coming here now in the midst of such excitement and progress.”
Boerstler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Biblical studies from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkansas and a Master of Business Administration from California State University at Fresno. She is currently working on a Doctorate in marketing from the University of Oregon. Boerstler is originally from Fresno, Calif.
