HIGH POINT, N.C., Feb. 18, 2011 ? Susan Williams, assistant director of Career and Internship Services at High Point University, recently was appointed to the Women?s Professional Forum.
Founded in 1977, the Women?s Professional Forum is dedicated to providing a unique opportunity for accomplished professional women in the greater Greensboro, N.C. area. Members are women who serve their community in leadership roles and who enjoy sharing and celebrating their talents and experience. The group upholds a standard of excellence, promotes leadership, recognizes members? achievements and offers opportunities to help young women through philanthropy and other activities. Membership within the group is by invitation only.
Williams assists students at the university in finding valuable internship and career opportunities that will benefit their professional career path. Her membership in the forum will open new opportunities for students seeking experience or employment.
