HIGH POINT, N.C., April 6, 2011 ? The April High Point Market offered many unforgettable experiences to High Point University interior design and home furnishings majors, including the opportunity to meet noted designer and artist Lillian August.
August is a New York-based designer who has a furniture line at Hickory White, and she owns five up-scale furniture stores across the country. The students had lunch with August in the Hickory White showroom at market and discussed her line and the furniture industry.
