High Point University's ADT participates in Alzheimer's WalkHIGH POINT, N.C., Oct. 26, 2012 – High Point University’s chapter of Alpha Delta Theta, a Christian sorority, joined the Walk to End Alzheimer’s event to support the Alzheimer’s Association on Oct. 5 at the High Point Country Club. The sorority raised more than $1,000 for the association.

Eighteen members walked in the event and the entire chapter helped raise money to support the girls walking in the event.

“The Alzheimer’s Association was a cause that was very important to Alpha Delta Theta sisters,” says Victoria Richards, ADT service coordinator. “Many sisters knew grandparents or other family members that have been affected by Alzheimer’s and wanted to participate in the walk for that reason.”
