2013 Summer Internship Blog

06.17.2013

InternshipBlogHigh Point University has hundreds of students who land prestigious internships and research opportunities each year. Students complete internships throughout the academic year, but summer is a popular time to travel and work in numerous locations across the country to gain experience and give back.

This summer, you can follow the HPU Summer Internship Blog to read about some of those students and their amazing quests. Take Carter Adams for example. He’s interning on Capitol Hill this summer for Congressman Daniel Webster. Or read about Stephanie Schwartz, who is helping Office Depot’s Corporate Marketing Department develop their “2013 Back to School Campaign.” Meanwhile, Eugenia Copeland, a music major, is teaching music and English to students in the Czech Republic at Beskydy Mountain Academy, a four-year university preparatory school. She’s also learning about the country and how the educational system differs from the U.S. system.

Each of their experiences are unique, but they all have one goal in mind – to further the extraordinary, holistic education they’re receiving at HPU. To read more, click here: http://bit.ly/116JDyT
