Mary EalleyHIGH POINT, N.C., July 18, 2013 – Mary Ealley was recently hired as director of communication management in The Office of Communications at High Point University.

Ealley is responsible for collecting and reviewing all of the university’s publications and printed material. She will manage the printing schedules of projects, and oversee a comprehensive university communications calendar.

“I am thrilled to be a part of a university that focuses on its mission statement, and proud to be a part of the team that will tell the university’s story,” says Ealley. “The goal of giving students an extraordinary education is brought into discussions as decisions are made throughout the campus on a daily basis.”

Ealley says she looks forward to getting information out using the newest and most current forms of communication to deliver the growing and changing news of HPU.

“We have the opportunity to reach more students, potential students, faculty and supporters using the most current vehicles to deliver our message,” says Ealley. “Getting the news out will bring more interest to the university and therefore will assist HPU in its continued growth and success.”

Prior to joining the HPU communications team, Ealley, a native of Washington, D.C., worked as a partner at a local printing company. She has more than 25 years of experience in publishing, and previously served as the advertising director for an educational publisher in D.C.

Ealley received a Bachelor of Science in communication with a minor in marketing from James Madison University.
