HIGH POINT, N.C., Aug. 19, 2013 – The Office of Undergraduate Admissions at High Point University recently hired Kerr C. Ramsay III as associate director of admissions.
In his role, Ramsay is responsible for assisting students from eastern North Carolina and South Carolina as they apply to HPU, as well as developing future leaders on the admissions staff.
Ramsay, who has a decade of expertise in admissions, technology and religion in higher education, views his career at HPU as the opportunity to impact future generations.
“I am thrilled to return to undergraduate admissions as a part of High Point University – one of the greatest success stories of the last decade in American higher education,” Ramsay says.
Ramsay received a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Hampden-Sydney College, a Master of Divinity from Emory University, Candler School of Theology, and is currently working toward his Doctor of Education from the University of Georgia.
