HIGH POINT, N.C., Jan. 27, 2014 – High Point University will host an open house for its Education Master’s programs in Educational Leadership, Elementary Education and Special Education as well as the Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership on Feb. 11 at 5 and 5:45 p.m. in the Wilson Commerce Ballroom on campus.

Prospective students are invited to get an overview of the admission process, curriculum and potential career options with the degree.

Current faculty and students will be on hand to answer any questions and provide details about the degree as well as demonstrate projects, initiatives and professional development opportunities that are gained from the degree.

“The open house is a great opportunity for the educators in our region to gain a broader understanding of how a master’s or doctorate in education can further their career as well as develop them into greater teacher-leaders,” says Tracy Collum, associate dean of the Norcross Graduate School. “Prospective students will also be able to learn more about the executive weekend course format which allows the courses to align with their professional and family lives.”

Interested students can RSVP on HPU’s website by clicking here.
