Class of 2014 Profile: Andrew Sisson Analyzes Global Stocks at Ipreo

With a successful 2014 Commencement Ceremony behind us, recent High Point University graduates are preparing to commence prestigious career paths around the world at Fortune 500 companies, international service programs, public school systems, top-tier law, medical and graduate school programs, and many other esteemed organizations thanks to their journey at HPU. Here’s a glimpse of one extraordinary senior from the Class of 2014:

Name: Andrew Sisson

Major: Sisson graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with minors in Finance and Economics, on May 3.

Post-graduation plans: Sisson accepted a position as a Global Markets Intelligence Analyst at Ipreo in Raleigh, N.C. Sisson will also be working towards receiving his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

How HPU helped you get there: “High Point University offered a wide range of business classes that allowed me discover what areas of business truly peaked my interest.”

Most impactful professor at HPU: “Dr. Rodriguez was by far the most impactful professor I had at HPU, both inside and outside of the classroom. He initially encouraged me to pursue the CFA designation, with Dr. Sundaram offering her invaluable expertise along the way.”
