HPU Hosts Country Singer Lacy Green as Part of Free Arts Splash Concert Series

HIGH POINT, N.C., June 26, 2014 – High Point University will host a night of music from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on July 20.

Country singer Lacy Green will perform in HPU’s Hayworth Park Amphitheater as part of the Arts Splash Summer Concert Series hosted by the High Point Area Arts Council. The concert is free and open to the public.

Lacy Green is a Pilot Mountain native who now lives and works in Nashville, Tenn. Her first single “For the Summertime” broke into the Top 100 for country radio single during the summer of 2011.

Parking is available in lots on Panther Drive. Enter campus from Lexington Avenue and turn onto West College Drive.

The concert held at HPU is part of an eight-concert series held in various locations around High Point during the summer months. The High Point Area Arts Council partners with several organizations to host the series each year.
