HPU Lowers Flags for Memorial Day

HIGH POINT, N.C., May 22, 2020 – High Point University will honor the brave men and women who gave their lives for this nation by lowering perimeter flags to half-staff on Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day.

“We are a God, family and country institution,” says HPU President Dr. Nido Qubein. “Today and every day we are grateful and appreciative to the United States military that selflessly serves to protect our home and freedom.”

The flags will be flown at half-staff from sunrise to noon.
