Eighteen High Point University students put the theories and methods they learned in a “Human Behaviors Across Culture” psychology course into action by traveling through Spain, Italy and France as part of the university’s Maymester program. Fischer Joins HPU as Director of Study Abroad with Plans to Expand Program

Heidi Fischer has been hired as the new director of Study Abroad at High Point University to expand and create new experiential learning opportunities for students. Fischer will lead the department in developing new programs, coordinating promotional activities and advising students on their study abroad options. She will also oversee the curricular experience for students while abroad.
