|Assistant Professor of the Practice of Marketing Randy Moser came to HPU in 2014. He now wears two HPU hats, also serving as the Assistant Director of the Professional Selling Program. Previously, he spent 13 years with the Syngenta/Novartis Corporation where he rose to senior marketing manager. He then embarked on his own business venture advising companies on the development of strategic, business, and marketing plans; product design and delivery; business development; contract facilitation/public speaking; management of profit/loss; budgets; and relevant operational functions. This grew into a second additional venture where he became a business coach to privately-held enterprise owners. These endeavors made him realize how much he liked teaching. So he began teaching as an adjunct instructor at Elon University and was soon offered a full time teaching position.

Earl N. Phillips School of Business (PSB) sales and marketing students are extremely fortunate to learn from someone with his extensive experience, teamed with tremendous enthusiasm. As Assistant Director of the Professional Selling Program, he works closely with Marketing Department Chair Larry Quinn to support the development of the HPU Sales Center and PSB Selling Club. He also serves on the PSB Curriculum Committee where he can provide insights into how to structure the curriculum and its content to fit corporate needs and expectations.
Mr. Moser has participated in professional development programs at the Kellogg Graduate School of Business of Northwestern University on creating and maintaining strategic alliances, as well as pricing strategies and tactics. He also has earned certification from three different coaching organizations. His professional affiliations include the Society of Human Resource Management – SHRM (National & Local), Team Triad Coaching, and the Kernersville Chamber of Commerce.
Randy Moser earned his MBA in marketing at Temple University and his B.S. in landscape architecture from the Pennsylvania State University.
