The Complex
The Complex at High Point University consists of four buildings: McEwen, Wesley, North, and Yadkin. Separate, but connected, each building is unique in it own right. All of the buildings in the Complex are wireless, has plasma TV's and leather furniture in the lounges, and offers free laundry for all students.
23 - McEwen Residence Hall
Built in 1924, McEwen is one of the original buildings on the
McEwen is arranged suite style with two rooms sharing a bathroom on the first and second floors. The third floor of McEwen has traditional hall bathrooms.
22 - Wesley Residence Hall
Wesley connects McEwen to the North and Yadkin buildings. Wesley houses 44 female students on two floors and has traditional hall bathrooms. Wesley has sinks with vanities in every room, two bunkable standard twin beds, two dressers, two desks with chairs, a ceiling fan, carpeting, and two separate closets.
24 - North Residence Hall
Built in 1958 and renovated in 2006, North Residence hall is home to 98 students on three floors. There are two students in each room and they share a traditional hall bathroom. In the North Hall rooms there are two bunkable standard twin beds, two desks with chairs, two closets, a sink with a vanity, two dressers, a ceiling fan, and the rooms are carpeted.
21 - Yadkin Residence Hall
Built in 1964 and renovated in 2006, 94 students call Yadkin Residence Hall home. The rooms are split between three floors with two students in each room; sharing a traditional hall bathroom. Like North, Yadkin Hall rooms feature two bunkable standard twin beds, two desks with chairs, two closets, a sink with a vanity, two dressers, a ceiling fan, and the rooms are carpeted.
