High Point University has many options for housing - we have something for everyone!

*Standard: Our standard rooms consist of Belk, Finch, Millis, North, Yadkin, Wesley, and McEwen halls.  They are our traditional double rooms.

*Standard Apartment: Wilson Hall, University Village, and the double occupancy bedrooms in 6th Street, and Wesleyan Apartments.

*Deluxe: Included are any three or four person bedroom suites in Blessing, York, The Village, 6th Street, a double room in University Center, and a single room in Finch or McEwen. 

*Super Deluxe: Any two bedroom suite in Blessing, York, or The Village. 

*Luxury Single: A single occupancy room in University Center.
 

Each housing tier does require an additional investment per semester with the exception of our Standard Rooms.  Please see below:

Standard: No additional investment, included in the comprehensive fee.

Standard Apartment:

• 09-10 Academic Year: $1,400 per year or $700 per semester
• 10-11 Academic Year: $1,500 per year or $750 per semester

• 09-10 Academic Year: $2,000 per year or $1,000 per semester
• 10-11 Academic Year: $2,100 per year or $1,050 per semester

• 09-10 Academic Year: $3,500 per year or $1,750 per semester
• 10-11 Academic Year: $3,700 per year or $1,850 per semester

• 09-10 Academic Year: $4,200 per year or $2,100 per semseter
• 10-11 Academic Year: $4,400 per year or $2,200 per semester
