Decisions regarding the rain plan will be made at Noon on Friday, May 2, and any subsequent information will be available at highpoint.edu/commencement and 336.841.9000. Announcements will also be made at the Commencement Luncheon.
In the event of inclement weather, the Graduation Ceremony will be held in the Millis Athletic/Convocation Center and will be delayed until 9:30 a.m. Due to space limitations in the Millis Center, each candidate for graduation is permitted a maximum of three rain tickets (the graduate and two guests).
Tickets may be picked up during normal office hours from April 23 to April 30 at the following locations: All Concierge Desk locations, Evening Degree Program in Norcross Hall, and the North Building at the Budd Family Campus.
Tickets are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
August and December 2012 candidates for graduation who are not able to pick up tickets at the designated locations are asked to contact either the Campus Concierge (undergraduate day students) at 336.841.4636 or the EDP Office (graduate and EDP students) at 336.841.9020 or 336.767.7107.
Candidates for graduation should assemble just inside the far left entrance of the Millis Center.
Handicapped parking will be available in the lot adjacent to the Millis Center. Handicapped seating will be available at designated areas inside the Millis Center.

Shuttle buses will be available to transport guests from the Oak Hollow Mall to the Millis Center beginning at 6:30 a.m. A map is available online at http://www.highpoint.edu/commencement/directions-parking/.
