GRADUATION CEREMONY RAIN PLAN – Inclement Weather ONLY
The rain plan has now been enhanced to allow a total of 2 ticketed family members. In order to accomplish this, two different graduation ceremonies would be held. Here’s how it would work:
Saturday, May 9
8:30am – Graduation Ceremony for Bachelor of Arts Candidates (B.A.), all Doctoral Candidates and all Masters Candidates.
Location: Millis Center
11:30am – Graduation Ceremony for Bachelor of Science Candidates (B.S.) and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Candidates (B.S.B.A.)

TICKET PICK UP FOR 2 TOTAL GUESTS OF EACH GRADUATE
Tickets may be picked up on the Slane Student Center track on April 30 from 8:30am-7:00pm. From May 1 to May 7, tickets may be picked up during normal office hours (8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday and 10:00am-2:00pm Saturday) at the Slane Student Center Concierge Desk.
ARRIVAL TIME FOR GRADUATES ON SATURDAY MORNING
B.A., Masters and Doctoral graduates attending the 8:30am Ceremony should arrive at Millis Center by 7:45am
B.S. and B.S.B.A graduates attending the 11:30am Ceremony should arrive at Millis Center between 10:15am and 10:45am
All graduates should enter Millis Center (dressed in their regalia) to the left of the main entry doors.
PARKING & COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FAMILIES
General parking and shuttle service is available at Oak Hollow Mall. Shuttle buses will transport guests from the mall to campus. Guests with Graduation Rain Tickets will be taken directly to the Millis Center. All other guests will be taken to live stream locations on campus.
8:30am Graduation Ceremony shuttle service will begin at 6:30am.
11:30am Graduation Ceremony shuttle service will begin at 10:00am
Parking for guests with special needs will be available on campus for guests on a first-come, first-serve basis. Drivers must display state-issued placards or license plates to enter the parking lot. Please enter campus at Boundary Avenue from University Parkway (formerly N. College Drive). Guests will be transported on wheelchair accessible shuttles.
PARKING & COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE INSTRUCTIONS FOR GRADUATES
Graduating students (in cap and gown) who wish to park on campus Saturday morning will need to approach campus from Panther Drive at Lexington Ave. Security will direct you to parking. You will need to display your HPU Passport Card for entry.

COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE PRIOR TO GRADUATION
Wanek Center (directly across the street from the Millis Center) will have complimentary coffee stations for guests prior to each ceremony.
DIPLOMA PICK UP IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING GRADUATION CEREMONY
All graduates should report directly to Slane Center immediately following the graduation ceremony to receive their actual diploma. Families should plan to meet their graduate in Slane Center following their ceremony. There will be a Commencement Photo Backdrop located in Slane for families to take commemorative photos.
