Henry MolskiThis past summer, Henry Molski, a senior at the Nido R. Qubein School of Communication, had the opportunity to travel to Scotland and report on its upcoming independence referendum. Henry’s trip was made possible through a stipend from the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting, based in Washington, D.C.  A committee of representatives from the Pulitzer Center and High Point University faculty selected Henry as the HPU student winner of the Pulitzer fellowship award for 2013. HPU is one of three Triad schools, along with Wake Forest University and Guilford College, which joined the Pulitzer Center’s Campus Consortium with the intent of providing a global perspective to journalism education. Henry’s work may be found on the Pulitzer Center website: http://pulitzercenter.org/projects/scotland-referendum-united-kingdom-parliament-border-scottish-independence-referendum-regional-dispute-territory-separation-anxiety.
