Sterling Lund – Critical analysis paper with live links. This paper explores the film American Beauty through the theoretical lenses of visual pleasure theory and Marxism.

Sarah Belle Tate – Campaign Analysis.  This paper merges rhetoric and advertising to analyze Apple’s iPod campaign.

COM 2264

Sam Kizer – Digital Autobiographical Soundtrack.  This soundtrack of African-American music, with accompanying liner notes and artwork, provides a glimpse of Sam’s converging identities.

Tiffany Francois – Research Paper. This paper critiques the shifting values, identities, and ideologies of the opposing representations of Black women—the sexualized object and the Mammy—during slavery as well as the Blaxploitation film era.
