Travel Accomodations and Registration

Registration

Registration fee for the conference is $20. Fee includes refreshments and lunch on Saturday 8 November. The registration fee should be sent to:

Accomodations

Hotel accommodations are available at the Radisson Hotel, High Point at the conference rate of $85 per night.

Rooms are reserved for seminar attendees until 1 October 2008.

Graduate students may apply for a seminar subsidy for registration and hotel accommodations, courtesy of the Society for Military History.

Shuttle Service

Shuttle service will be provided from the hotel to the university.

Travel

Greensboro/High Point Airport (GSO) is serviced by most major air carriers. Raleigh/Durham and Charlotte Douglas airports are both an hour and a half from campus.

If traveling by car, High Point University can be reached via I-40 and/or I-85.
