The doctoral degree program in Educational Leadership engages adult learners in a rigorous and relevant Executive Education experience. The program is focused on preparing transformational leaders whose practice is grounded in research, culturally responsive pedagogy, data-informed strategic thinking, and improved student outcomes.
The 60-hour program of study reflects the visionary thinking needed for leadership in future ready educational organizations. It emphasizes effective leadership including strategic planning, using data to make instructional improvements, building a culture of trust, and understanding how theory guides the educational leader to solve problems of practice.
