The HPU Employee Wellness Program began in 2013 as a participation, points-based program to help employees improve their health and wellness journey. By participating in various wellness activities, employees who elect to take High Point University’s Medical Plan can potentially earn a $600 premium reduction for the 2019-2020 benefits plan year.

All employees regardless of enrollment in the Medical Plan are eligible to participate in activities sponsored by the Employee Wellness Program.

Mission: Employee wellness provides individualized, accessible and comprehensive wellness education and resources which support and empower employee to reduce health risks and embrace a higher quality of life and well-being.
