Welcome to Student Financial Services!

The Student Financial Services Division of the Business & Financial Affairs Office consists of the Office of Student Accounts and the Office of Student Financial Planning. Both of these offices are located in Roberts Hall and work together to assist students in their pursuit of postsecondary education at High Point University.  We work not only to assist students but also their parents and members of the University community.  We are anxious to get to know each student quite well and to understand their unique needs and challenges in funding their college education.  We will work with students each step of the way to maximize their resources, and help determine if other resources exist from which they might benefit. 

The Office of Student Accounts collects payments, assesses charges, maintains online billing statements, and administers the tuition payment plan.  The Office of Student Financial Planning awards all types of financial assistance and determines eligibility for Federal, state, and institutional sources of funding.

We are responsible for ensuring that funds due the University are billed, collected, and deposited timely and accurately in a manner that is compliant with not only University policy but also all applicable Federal and state Regulations.  Our staff is well trained and highly qualified to make your experience with Student Financial Services process a positive and rewarding one.  We are available to address a broad range of financial issues pertaining to a student's education at High Point University.
