HPU Recreation offers a number of new services to evaluate and enhance your well being.
Fitness Evaluation
Ever wondered how fit you really are? This may be the program you have been looking for. The checks are designed to assist in determining your strength, cardio endurance, flexibility, blood pressure and body composition all with aid of MicroFit assessment software. The results can then be used to aid with attainable but challenging goals and plans.
Fitness Evaluations are only $10. This fee includes:

Training Booster
Are you a fitness newbie? Or have you reached a plateau in your training? HPUrec booster package includes a Microfit assessment along with one workout with a personal trainer to identify your strengths and weaknesses and how to improve.
Training Booster is only $25. This fee includes:
- MicroFit Fitness Assessment
- 1 one-on-one training sessions

Personal Training
If you feel you are in need of more than just a spotter, then consider HPURec personal training. Our experienced and friendly trainers will develop an individualized regimen, based on your microfit assessment and goals. This can be an exciting venture which can challenge you in ways you never thought possible. Efficient and effective exercise can be practice all from professional instruction within one of our fitness facilities.
Exercising with a trainer can help you out in many ways, including:
•Progressing workouts to achieve results
•Setting realistic goals for both the mind and body
•Improving training technique
•Keeping motivation high to achieve fitness goals
•Adding some variety to each workout
Personal Training Packages are only $125. This fee includes
- MicroFit Fitness Assessment
- 5 one-on-one training sessions
Additional packages in increments of $15 per session can also be purchased, but Microfit assessments are not included.
