Can I Borrow an iPad?

Yes, the IT department has iPads that students can rent out for a one week period at a time. To borrow an iPad just stop by the IT department and pick up your iPad rental.  

Is Your Computer Broken?

We support the personal computers of all current High Point University students living on campus. Students can bring their computers to the IT Help Desk. We will trouble shoot, identify the possible causes of the problem and work with you find the best solution for resolving the issue. Our technicians are certified PC and Apple technicians that can support warranty work, antivirus issues, and hardware problems; among many other issues. Any computer purchased within the last two years will likely meet our minimum recommendations for accessing our campus network. If you are considering purchasing a new computer please review the following recommendations for your machine.
