Interested in film? Come join the HPU Libraries Film Society every Thursday night at 7:00pm to watch and discuss films with fellow students who appreciate cinema. The Film Society hopes to provide the students of High Point University a chance to meet regularly, watch films, discuss them, and enrich their understanding of history, culture and art through the lens of society’s greatest storytellers.
This week, we will be watching Dr. Strangelove, or, How I learned to stop worrying and love the bomb. On September 3rd, Film Society members will discuss the film as well as make selections for future screenings. We will meet in Lecture Room 2, on the first floor of Smith Library.
We hope to see you there!
