Students Present Research at 2016 AAS

Rodrigo Catalan, Alan Vasquez, and Thomas Boudreaux just returned from the 227th Meeting of the American Astronomical Society in Kissimmee, Florida, where they each presented research done in the past six months at HPU with Barlow. With approximately 3,000 astronomers in attendance, the AAS winter meeting is the largest astronomy meeting in the U.S. and often referred to as the “Super Bowl of Astronomy.” The students’ posters were well-received, and a few new collaborations were even forged during the meeting. Check out their presentation titles and abstracts.
