Residence Life

Centennial Square 2

Centennial Square 2 houses both male and female upperclassmen, and is adjacent to the Cottrell Student Center. Nine buildings, comprised of 49 townhomes, houses 369 students. Each townhome consists of a double occupancy room on the first floor, four single bedrooms with semi-private bathrooms on the second floor, and either one single bedroom with a private bathroom on the third floor, or a double occupancy room. Some amenities include; shared living area, dining room, full-size kitchen (which includes a dishwasher), and laundry room in each facility, as well as access to the Boles Commons, which includes learning commons, study space, pool, recreation facilities and post office.

High Point University residential communities all offer central heating and cool systems, complimentary internet, complimentary cable, complimentary laundry, and comfortable study areas.

2nd Floor bedrooms – one full bed, one desk with couple table, one desk chair, a closet, and one four-drawer dresser.

3^rd floor bedrooms doubles- two twin XL beds, two desks with couple tables, two desk chairs, 4 two-drawer dressers, 2 closets.

Common Space – three bar stools, oblong dining table with seven chairs, two sofas, one club chair, two end tables, one coffee table, and one television stand.

Outdoor – one oblong table with seven chairs.
