Annual Educational Investment
Students Registered full-time (12-18 credit hours per semester)

At High Point University, every student receives an extraordinary education in an inspiring environment with caring people. The University is aware that the cost of a college education is a major outlay for a family and makes every effort to keep its charges as reasonable as possible, providing a great value consistent with an opportunity for a first-class college education in an environment of excellence.

The Annual Educational Investment will cover everything (except books and specific course fees and course supplies) with no additional charge for campus parking, athletic events, airport transportation, laundry, academic tutoring, major concerts, and cultural enrichment events.

Standard Double Room Occupancy*

The Comprehensive Fee does not include books or specific course fees.

*Tier 1 housing only.  There will be an additional investment for students choosing a room other than a standard double occupancy. For more information about individual residence halls, please visit the Residence Life webpages.

Tier 1 Housing: Included in Annual Investment
Double occupancy room in Belk, Finch, McEwen, Millis, North, North College Court, North College Terrace, University Houses, Wesley and Yadkin residence halls.

Tier 2 Housing: Additional Investment         + $2,725
Single occupancy room in Finch, McEwen, North College Court, North College Terrace, University Houses, and Wilson.  Double occupancy room in North College Townhomes, Point Place Apartments, University Center II, R.G. Wanek Center, University Village and Wilson.  Three or four bedroom apartment in Blessing, Village and York.

Tier 3 Housing: Additional Investment           +$3,700
Single occupancy room in North College Townhomes, Point Place Apartments and University Village.  Double occupancy room in the Greek Village and first floor double occupancy bedroom in Centennial Square.

Tier 4 Housing: Additional Investment           +$5,200
Second floor single occupancy room with semi-private bath in Centennial Square, and two bedroom apartment in Blessing, Village and York.

Tier 5 Housing: Additional Investment            +$7,900
Single occupancy room in the R.G. Wanek Center and University Center II, and single occupancy room with private bath in Centennial Square.

Students registered for more than 11 credit hours per semester will be charged the full Annual Educational Investment.  The charge for auditing is one-half the charge for the course on a credit basis.
