Refunding via Tuition Management Systems

The Office of Student Accounts is now offering an exciting new way to receive refunds from our office!  You may have already received a brochure explaining the new Direct Deposit program.   If you expect to receive a refund due to financial aid or an overpayment of your student account, you will now be able to have your funds deposited directly into your personal bank account by using our new Direct Deposit service through Tuition Management Service (TMS)!  This is the same management service that now processes all of your tuition payments and monthly payment plans.

This is a safe, secure way to receive your student refunds quickly and directly into your bank account – no need to bring a check to your bank to deposit or have to wait for the funds to be available.  You have two refund options; direct deposit or paper check. If you choose to have the funds directly deposited into your personal bank account, your funds will be available within 48 hours after the refund is processed. If you do not pick the direct deposit option, TMS will print a check that will be mailed to your home address. This process will take approximately 7 – 10 business days after your refund is approved.

***Please note that if your financial aid refund is caused by a Federal Parent Plus Loan, direct deposit is not available for these funds.  A check will be mailed to the borrower’s information listed on the FAFSA loan application.
