A Note on Exams for Exchange Students Studying During the Fall Term Only: Most exams take place in December before the Christmas break; however, there are some exams held in January. Exam schedules are published when exchange students arrive for their term at Tilburg, at which point students can see when the exam will be held for each course they choose. At that time, students can ensure they are enrolled in courses which have earlier exam dates. Furthermore, subjects from Tilburg’s School of Economics and Management or School of Social and Behavioral Sciences often permit exchange students to select a distance exam to be taken at their home university during the same time period of the seated exam. This option is not always approved, but inquiries can be made during orientation.
