Built in 1972, the Hayworth Chapel is a respite for students and a regular gathering place for groups
and for chapel services. It seats up to 275 people, and includes faculty offices, meeting rooms and a fellowship
hall. A balcony was added to the Chapel in 1999 due to increased attendance at weekly Chapel services. The
chapel garden was completed in 2005 and makes a great sitting area for students and visitors.
The adjoining David Hayworth Hall was completed in 1998, and provides classroom space for the departments of
Religion, Philosophy, Political Science and History. It also provides a student lounge and office space for
faculty in the Religion and Philosophy departments.
