The 6th Street Apartments, built in 2002 and 2003, and recently acquired by the University consists of three
buildings currently named by their address. The 806 and 904 buildings are Greek-Affiliated buildings housing our
five national fraternities. The 812 building houses upperclassmen females. All three buildings are wireless and offer
free laundry in each apartment.
806 6th Street
Built in 2003, 806 6th Street houses the fraternities of Pi Kappa Alpha, Delta Sigma Phi, and Pi Kappa Phi.
While not limited to only Greek students, the majority of students who are living in the 806 building are Greek.
Each Apartment in 806 has comfortable sofas, mini blinds, kitchen table with chairs, disposal, full-size
refrigerator, full stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. The bedrooms in the 806 building
have a double bed, desk with chair, and a dresser. Three students share the common area, kitchen, and two
bathrooms, while enjoying a single room.
812 6th Street
Built in 2002, the 812 building houses upperclassmen females in 14 rooms across four stories.
Like the 806 building, each apartment has comfortable sofas, mini blinds, kitchen table with chairs,
disposal, full-size refrigerator, full stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer. In
the three bedrooms, there are double beds, desks with chairs, and dressers. Three students share each apartment
with one student per bedroom. The 812 building houses both independent and Greek women and is split about 50/50
between the two.
904 6th Street
Built in 2003 along with the 806 building, 904 6th Street is home to Theta Chi and Lambda Chi Alpha
Fraternities as well a few independent suites. A "twin" of the 806 building, 904 6th Street offers comfortable
sofas, mini blinds, kitchen table with chairs, disposal, full-size refrigerator, full stove and oven, microwave,
dishwasher, and washer and dryer. The bedrooms in the 904 building have a double bed, desk with chair, and a dresser.
Three students share the common area, kitchen, and two bathrooms, while enjoying a single room.
