Journal Publishing Opportunities for students

Students have opportunities today to have their outstanding work published. Imagine having a publication in your field among your credentials as you apply for graduate school or a job!!

There are many journals designed strictly for undergraduate work. Undergraduate work is defined as work conducted while you were an undergraduate. It is usually acceptable to submit work within a year of graduation. You will find some journals are discipline or field specific and others are interdisciplinary. If there isn’t a journal in your discipline, look to those which are interdisciplinary. Review the list below for publishing opportunities and talk to your faculty mentor about your interest and for help. Even A-work should be polished further before submitting it to a journal. Remember, too, that High Point University also publishes a journal of HPU undergraduate work. See the link HPU Journal.
