Undergraduate Summer Research Opportunities

An REU stands for Research Experience for Undergraduates. These usually are found at large research institutions. Many offer free room and board and a summer stipend. It’s an opportunity to connect with experts in the field and get research experience over the summer. They are competitive and tend to have early deadlines. Unfortunately, these are mostly found in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics) but there are some non-STEM options. This is by no means an extensive list; it just includes programs which have come to our attention.
