Volunteer Center Home

High Point University is proud to host the Volunteer Center , a student-led program and member of the Student Government Association (SGA) senate, that  offers a range of volunteer opportunities for all students.  Students are able to partner with local non-profit agencies, as well as enjoy the alternative break service trips that are domestic and international.  The Volunteer Center partners with non-profit agencies such as Big Brothers/Big Sisters, American Red Cross, Communities in Schools, Habitat for Humanity.  Whether a student wants to help raise awareness, raise money or just raise spirits, there are ample opportunities to provide this invaluable experience of selfless giving.  The greatest gift that one can provide, is their time.

If you are interested in service and giving back, watch our website for real time opportunities that our community has for our students.

Additionally, there are various service oriented student organizations for all students.  These organizations invite membership to all students and want to encourage HPU students’ involvement with community service as well as outreach.  Such organizations are Alpha Phi Omega, Circle K, and Habitat for Humanity.
