Immediately following Thanksgiving are the two biggest shopping days of the year: Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Many of us have been very fortunate in life with comfortable homes, plentiful possessions and loving families that we pay tribute to on Thanksgiving. But just as important as giving thanks is giving back.
On Tuesday, December 2, 2014, charities, families, businesses, community centers, and students around the world came together to be a part of a global celebration of a new tradition of generosity. Today, we encourage alumni, students, parents, faculty, staff, and friends throughout the HPU family to come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and give to HPU.
Watch the video below showing how members of the Class of 2015 designated their gifts to something they’re thankful for this Holiday season. Whether you are a current student, prospective student or parent, we invite you to think about something at HPU that made a meaningful impact on you — maybe your campus tour, your admissions counselor, your Open House experience — and make a gift of gratitude to better the institution that has bettered you.
We believe in you — our students, our parents, our faculty and staff, our HPU family. Thank you for believing in us!
#givetueHPU and you, too, can be #HighPointHappy
