Students in the Creative Arts Fellows program will participate in value-added learning experiences that embrace the university\u2019s growth mindset philosophy and connect students to faculty, peers, and professionals. The programming is three-fold, focusing on community building (personal and professional), experiential learning, and leadership development \u2013 culminating in a well-rounded graduate who can differentiate him\/herself in the public sphere.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.highpoint.edu\/admissions\/creative-arts-fellows\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Learn more here<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=tf9nmipPpB0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">watch this short video<\/a>!<\/p>\n<h3>Scholarships for Interior Design and Visual Merchandising Design<\/h3>\n<p>Several scholarships are typically available to students (rising freshmen and above) in Interior Design and Fashion Merchandising at High Point University. Students will be notified in the spring via email when the application process is open. One application is sufficient for all scholarship opportunities. <strong>Deadline for applying is Noon on March 31.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Music Scholarship Auditions<\/h3>\n<p>Prospective students may audition either virtually or in person. Virtual auditions should be submitted as a private YouTube link sent to <a href=\"mailto:MFoster@highpoint.edu\">MFoster@highpoint.edu<\/a>. In-person auditions are arranged on an individual basis and are generally scheduled on Fridays between 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<h3>Scholarships for Theater and Dance<\/h3>\n<p>To be eligible for scholarships, the student candidate must submit a digital audition (for Theater Performance or Dance) or a digital portfolio (for Technical Theater). We welcome in-person auditions as a supplement to digital applications, but an in-person audition is <em>not<\/em> required.
