HIGH POINT, N.C., Sept. 7, 2012 – High Point University has hired Kristen Sager as a clinical counselor to serve in the Office of Student Life.
As clinical counselor at HPU, Sager will provide individualized guidance to students that supports their well-being and development as life-long learners.
“I am happy to be a part of High Point University and look forward to getting to know the students, staff and faculty,” says Sager. “I am especially excited to support the well-being of HPU students as they navigate the joyful and sometime challenging complexities of university life and young adulthood.”
Sager has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and music from William Jewell College in Liberty, Mo. and a Master of Social Work from Binghamton University in Binghamton, N.Y. She is also licensed as a clinical social worker in the state of North Carolina.
