HIGH POINT, N.C., Jan. 31, 2013 – The Office of Student Life at High Point University recently welcomed Jodi Ballard as resident director of University Center 2.
In her position, Ballard is responsible for developing programs to support the academic and social development of students who live in the UC2. She will also manage and oversee eight resident assistants, serve as a liaison between the UC2 and Campus Enhancement, and act as a first responder and mediator.
“My goal at HPU is to lead by example and to present myself in a light that encourages other students to strive to be leaders among their peers,” says Ballard. “I hope to impact my residents by being a resident director who is approachable by all students. The position has already proven to have a wide reach on campus.”
